The Radisson Blu Hotel in Rouen is in a great central location with underground parking available. The rooms are very comfortable & well appointed. Staff are very nice & very helpful. The restaurant and bar are fab, great food & drinks. There’s a spa, we didn’t get to use this time but hopefully, next time! All in all, I would recommend the Radisson Blu 100%!

Great hotel! Nice and clean. Friendly hotel staff. The rooms are huge compared to what we had in Paris. In a great area of town, walking distance to downtown. Rouen was an interesting area. Not many people spoke English and didn't seem thrilled to have tourists. We aren't like most Americans and DEMAND people speak English. We were just surprised since you don't run into this issue in Paris. It was a lot of finger pointing and smiling and the people of Rouen did their best which we appreciated. This isn't on the hotel by any means. An observation for anyone else from the US traveling to Rouen. Beautiful town. Very different then Paris! Travelers beware :)

Best 4* hotel, I've been during my whole trip in France. The room is spacious, clean and modern. The hotel has a nice spa and the restaurant was very good. Loved the oyster and main signature (pull pork burger). Will definitely come back when I'm in Rouen.

We have stayed at this hotel travelling to Spain by car we was so impressed we stayed on the way back to the uk we would not stay anywhere else now we have 2 dogs the hotel is amazing clean the rooms are lovely the staff are so helpful and so polite and attentive food is beautiful the breakfast is so good. We did get upgraded both times which was a lovely surprise. If anyone is visiting Rouen this is the hotel to stay in. Nicola and Gary

Perfect in every way!!!! The rooms were spacious and quiet and the bar was excellent. It was a shame we only stayed for one night. If you’re staying here with a car drive down into the carpark first before check in. Reception will allow you entry into the hotel and you can validate your ticket with them when you need to exit. Perfect English from reception which we were very grateful for too.

Quiet and convenient location part way between the train station and the main tourist area. Rooms are spacious, clean with comfortable beds. Special thank you to Pauline for helping us get our lost luggage forwarded, it was much appreciated.

Very nice hotel, super clean and stylish! We had a room with a view on the tower, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is located in the quiet street away from the traffic, so that was also nice to get some rest and sleep. Room service …

Modern hotel close to the station , restaurants and sites but away from the busy tourist hot spots. Efficient friendly staff, spacious room and showroom, separate WC. Breakfast pricy at €20 but fantastic. Nice outdoor seating area.
